Congratulations to the graduates of 2017! #Celebrating50

School is out and summer has arrived! The Historical Society would like to congratulate all of our local students on finishing the school year and especially those who graduated!

As we do that and welcome summer, we also look back to the graduates of 1967. The graduates of that historic year when Warrenville voted to incorporate, were highlighted in the Warrenville Digest on this day 50 years ago.

Second Sundays at the Museum: April 2013

Stop in the Warrenville Historical Museum & Art Gallery on the Second Sunday of each month to see and contribute to a special historical display.  The public is invited to bring in their own items to be displayed alongside the Museum’s collection pieces; items will also be accepted for donations into the collection or copied to be preserved in Warrenville’s history with the owner’s permission.

On Sunday, April 14th, the Museum will display information about our St. Irene Catholic School which is celebrating its 60th Anniversary this month.  Stop in to see the display and bring in any memorabilia or items you have relating to the school!  St. Irene is still looking for photographs from the 1970s for their celebration, please contact us at if you would like to share any.  Items displayed at the Museum will be out through May 5th. The Historical Museum & Art Gallery is open on Sundays from 1:00-4:00p.m.
