Hiram E. Leonard Diary, March 20, 1862

20th Thursday rather a damp cloudy disagreeable day & night & began to snow towards night & snowed all night was the heaveyest snow we have had this year was drifting in places to the top of fences.  I was at the office all day & evening came home about 9 & went to bed about 10 sick.”
