9th Friday rather fine weather for the season. I did my choars was at the office all day & in evening came home about 9 & went to bed about 10 nearly sick & tiard out. Bliss & Wray finished stacking oats, Joseph Monk & Thorp Westcott left for Geneva to join the cavalry & go to St. Louis.”
