Hiram E. Leonard Diary, May 5, 1861

5th Sunday rather a fine morning but some cloudy, began to rain about noon & rained pretty hard for a while & rained conciderable during afternoon. I did my choars eat breckfust called at Hoyts & Wrays & he & I went to H. Wilcox & got back about 10, I wrote some & choared round in afternoon called at Hoyts & Wrays in evening came home about 9 & went to bed.”
